 Foreign Experts LLC is a non-political, non-religiously affiliated organization based in the Boston, MA and Washington, D.C. metropolitan areas that matches teaching candidates from across the United States with premier schools in China. The Teach in China Program was developed by former “foreign experts” – the official job title of English teachers in China - who wanted to help others achieve the personal and professional growth that they experienced. Foreign Experts brings the combined expertise of professional ESL/EFL teachers, teacher trainers, agents with close contacts in the Chinese educational system, and U.S. partners together to provide a unique, high-quality program for Americans seeking to live and work in China. By handling job placement, a 5-day on-site orientation in Shanghai, navigating the visa process, arranging flights, and assisting with all other aspects of the process, Foreign Experts is uniquely placed to help program participants make the most seamless transition possible to their new jobs and lives in China. Our Mission: To establish educational exchanges in order to advance intercultural communication and promote mutual understanding between China and the United States. Travel and institutional ties are increasingly crucial in fostering a constructive, amicable relationship between the countries at all levels of society. We also seek to facilitate the boundless personal growth that occurs for all “foreign experts” when living abroad. Our programs are designed to further both of these goals, one teacher at a time. |
